About This Project

What particularly fascinated me about this management role was the versatility of the areas of responsibility and the mix of strategy and operational business.

The trade and service center "delicasa" extends over 6000 m² on four floors. It offers commercial units, offices, 800 m² event space and a café-restaurant (230 seats).

In this position, I was responsible for the entire strategy, conception, organization, implementation and project management in the following areas: opening, leasing, events, conferences, restaurant, staff management, quality standards, sales & marketing and public relations.
