About This Project
As CEO of the Unternehmertag AG, I wear multiple hats. The annual event brings together the highest class of influential entrepreneurs, politicians, and celebrities in a convivial setting, and my job is to ensure that it unfolds seamlessly, in turn, offering an impressive and memorable experience for all those involved. In doing so, my role has been to:
Craft a vision and strategy for the company
Expand the company’s network through strategic partnerships
Cement the brand while scaling to it global heights
Build and solidify connections with promising business partners throughout the year
Drive the company’s profitability
Operationally, this includes
End-to-end operations management: negotiating contracts with SHÜ, collaborating and working with key suppliers for the best offers, and managing their deliverables
Budgeting and financial management: creating financial forecasts with provisions for cost cutting and efficient spending
leading the communication plan: creating an effective brand positioning and using marketing and PR to strengthen our brand
